So, I just read !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! article by Gizmodo about the abnormally high possibility for an earthquake at San Andreas Fault in the next 4 days. It is really scary to hear about this, and I will hope for the best for our west coast OPPOs.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Here is a full documentary about the fault, uploaded just last year.

It’s like this...all the time in Cali.

There’s a LOOOOOOT of conjecture in that article, and for good reason. Earthquake prediction is at best a guestimate.

Thanks for your concern, but if your west coast opponaut friends were that worried about earthquakes, we wouldn’t live here. We know the risks. I hope articles like these continue to come out every few months to slow the absolute flood of people moving here, though.

Why is the rear wheel/tire so wavy? Some sort of scan artefact?

Question, Does California have laws regarding building strenght in eatthquakes? Because here in Chile we do and that saves a lot of lives, and we have had a couple 8.0+ magnitude earthquakes in the last few years.

I wouldn’t either, but if there’s a special man or woman in your life, I’d make some plans with them. JK!

Those discs are huge! Like off a small motorcycle or something.

Yes. Yes there is. However, I still wonder.

LOL! I can see why you would say that.

Yeah, I wonder too, but don’t invest too much worry about it.

I found this article to help me answer your question. I think they do, according to this.

You guys should build a wall to keep all those pesky migrants out!

I’m like 70 miles from the fault, though farther north than the area in question, and feel little quakes all the time. THE MF’ING BIG ONE (tm) will happen someday, no doubt, maybe soon, but from the articles I’ve read today I get the distinct impression that this is more Chicken Little running around about the sky falling.

Yes, very serious ones.

This is a slightly escalated version of the “surfing sucks, don’t try it” argument, it’s perfect.

Sure is a good thing I have all these toy cars in the garage to sustain us.

Yep. Problem solved!

Eh. Not a concern. There was a 5.8 earthquake here a couple years ago and it didn’t do much.

Yes, it may be premature, but I still wonder...

When you look at Japan a few years ago (2012 earthquake), that is what the article speaks of. This is a small chance, but I still wonder...
